We are now gathering signatures to place this on the November l998 ballot. There are well over one hundred people; adoptees, adoptive parents, birthparents and people just interested in protecting the rights of others, involved in the volunteer, grass roots effort to get the 100,000 signatures needed to get this to the ballot.
