's road, and running through an old field of the same Jones' into the road called William's road.

., being brought before the Court by warrant from under the hands of John Hawkins,
Esquire, for passing counterfeit money, having heard the witnesses produced as well on behalf of the State, as for the Defendant Caller, the Court are of the opinion that the said Robert Caller Jr
., be bound over to appear the next Superior Court at Halifax for the District of Halifax for another trial on the 15 th of April next.

being brought before the Court on suspicion of passing a five dollar bill said to be a counterfeit, is discharged from the same, and being guilty of Sundry Misdemeanor to some, the Court ordered that he remain in custody of the
Sheriff until he give good security for his good behavior.
