Female twins Born 8/30/69, Annette & Jeanette Rossman Female Twins, 1969 Posted by Deborah Swann on April 17, 1999 at 14:58:05: My sister, Dianne is looking for her twin daughters born August 30, 1969 in Silver Spring, MD. Has been told that their names are Annette and Jeanette Rossman and they were adopted out of Washington, DC through Catholic Charities. She wants to share information and/or begin a relationship. She does not have e-mail, but I will pass on anything that I receive to her.
