Looking for brother that was adopted out at birth Posted by TERRY TIBBITTS on April 17, 1999 at 10:57:30: I only know that his name is michael and he was born in Germany and adopted by a family in the american army the fathers name that was on the adoption papers was L TIBBITS but he was not the bio father... The bio mothers name was HELGA I would like very much to find him...
