My mother gave birth to a girl during the blackout in Bangor Me about 1942 or 43 at the Good Samaritian Home for unwed mothers and named her Caroline but I dont know if the adoptive parents changed her name. Her picture appeared in the local newspaper and the caption read Baby born during Blackout I guess this was WWII Would like any help in finding this girl as she is my sister.
