Want to Find Birth Parents Adoptive parents are Wendall and Judy England Posted by Matthew England on February 22, 1999 at 13:26:23: I am search of my birth parents whom I know nothing about. My adoption was a closed adoption and I am hoping there is someone out there who can help me find my birth parents. Curiousity plays a part here, but I really want to find out medical history because I am about to start a family. I was born on 7/8/78 at Phoenix Memorial Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. My adoption to Wendall and Judy England was finalized in 10/78. I also know that my birth parents had a little girl before I was born.
