Mass. or Maine- adopted between 1946 and 47 Carole Posted by Rideout on February 19, 1999 at 05:15:59: My now deceased wife had been searching for her birth family that gave her up for adoption prior to her death. She had searched up til her death in 1990. She was at the age or 5 or 6 when the family gave her up for adoption to a "Zollo" Family located in Brooklyn, New York. Our children have a right to know who their mother's family is. The records were sealed. The two cities that she did remember were Weymouth Mass. and Bangar, Maine, along with the name "Rideout" Can anyone help?
