Looking for husband's birth family. DOB 09/28/51, Illinois, Peoria County Hospital?, birth name Clifford Earl?, birth mom Betty Jo?, need help knowing where to start searching. Need medical info. Of course, I hope that they do. If you have any information to help with the search please let me know, I don't really even know how to begin.
