Any informaton, if possible Said to be born in Mansfield, Ohio March 18, 1976 Posted by Torrye Hooper on August 16, 1999 at 21:10:21: I was left to die in a plastic bag and then given to the Mansfield, Ohio police by unknown persons. I would like any knid of information. It was said that I was born March 18, 1976 but know one knows till this day. I am of African American descent and a female that is 23yrs of age. I was given to foster parents in Bellville, Ohio. No other information was given to me. Please Help.
