BParents Jasper (Jack) and Iona Magdaline (Childers) Scott. When he was around 9 months he was placed with a Foster Family. When he was almost 2 the same Foster Family adopted him, and changed his first name. This went through the Family and Children's Brueau in Saint Joseph, Missouri. The adoption took place at the Buchanan County Court House in Saint Joseph, MO.
