His last name is Turner and his wife died at birth delivering me. My birth date is 6/4/57 and my adoption date is 9/4/57. Mr. Turner should be approx. 65 years old. I was born on a tues at appx. 8:20pm in Mt. Saini hospital in Detroit MI.
