He was born either in Pawhuska Oklahoma or Hobbs New mexico. Donnie was adopted by Frank and Tilley Gabel amd there is the possibility that Donnie is carrying another adopted name which is unknown to me. If anyone has any information or could help in anyway it would greatly be appreciated.
