My adopton birth certificate states that I was born @ St. Mary's Hospital, on April 19, 1958 @ 9:46 (the am/pm is not filled in). The doctor who signed THIS birth certificate is L.M.Samuels, he dated his signature attesting to a live birth on May 5, 1958 (the same date as the state of Nevada's registrar). I was adopted through Catholic Welfare, the family's name was Byington. Mother was a homemaker, father was an accountant for a construction company. The Byington's had adopted a little boy previous to my adoption (about 1 1/2 years before) from another family. My parent's attorney (I think) was James Brooke(s).
