Searching for my birth parents Posted by Jen Johnson on November 18, 1998 at 23:57:31: I was born in either Milford, CT or New Haven, CT on 9/1/71. I was not born with a birth name. I don't know what hospital, county, or birth certificate record number was involved. I do not know the name or names of my birth parents. I DESPERATELY NEED TO KNOW MY MEDICAL HISTORY!
