We do not measure transfer rates for individual accounts because we are using redundant OS 12 connections and they are so fast that the real limitation on our servers is CPU utilization. The quotas given above are estimates. We have only had one customer since 1996, (on a standard server), which developed such an extremely successful web site that we asked them to upgrade to a Mammoth server. Running a live audio or video feed with many connections might exceed CPU resources of these servers, but for all intents and purposes, we do not have bandwidth limits on normal web sites.

We do not place limits on file size. POP accounts have quotas on them that are ample for normal use and for sending a few large binary files. The limits are in place as a security feature and can be modified to the users needs.

We allow unlimited uploads and downloads by FTP, Control Panel, and FrontPage.

We do not provide an up-time guarantee because we don't have any scientific way to measure our uptime, though we estimate it to be 99.98%. Our servers are monitored 24 hours a day by software and people. Other reliablility features include: redundant Uninterruptible Power Supplies (Battery and Diesel), redundant internet connections, hot-swappable RAID hard drives, daily backup to hard drive, and weekly backup to tape.

We do not limit database size on the Deluxe or Mammoth server, because they are part of the overall disk quota on the accounts.

We prefer to provide support by e-mail. Our 24 hour a day support line can be reached at 801-368-1394. If the server has a physical problem, such as a disk drive failure, our staff is notified by our monitoring software, and the issue is taken care of immediately. Other support issues are typically handled within 24 hours. We provide the same level of support on weekends and holidays as we do during the week.

Our servers typically run at less than 1% of capacity.

Setup typically takes 2 to 5 days depending on the complexity of your server.

We do not require long commitments.
