for Davis County Records
Birth and death certificates from 1973 to present are maintained at the Davis County Health Department. Copies of Birth Certificate are $15. Death Certificates are $13. If purchased at the same time, additional copies are $8. Only immediate members of family may obtain copies at the county level.
The Utah State Archives Office has a research center where they maintain all of the original birth and death records. Certified copies run $2.00 for any records over 50 years old. They maintain records of 1898-1947.
Marriage records are available from late 1800's through the County Clerk's Office. There is a $2 fee charged per copy of Marriage Certificates and $6 per certified copy. Information is limited to name of individuals, date of marriage, and age.
Land records are available from 1877 through the County Recorder. Copies are $1 per page copied.
Naturalization records are available through the Utah State Archives OfficeVital Records. This site contains information about where to obtain copies of Utah vital records, such as birth & death certificates, marriage licenses & divorce decrees. This site also includes order forms and prices.
